Having run this unit through its paces several times now, I can say that it lives up to our expectations and needs extremely well!

It has all the sucking power you could want. Often you will have to turn it down so it runs smoother over the area rugs with the turbo head. The cord, often complained of here, is just find. The eureka mighty mite provides excellent suction power, however do note that the unit itself gets really hot when using over wood/wood laminate flooring and air flow slide is closed.

Suction is excellent. It’s adjustable for vacuuming throw rugs. Wands simply pull apart -no tabs to lock together- which makes it faster when you want to add a brush. Wands are made of plastic rather than metal & I’ve found they attract dog fur through electrostatic energy.

For the price, this is probably one of the best canister vacuum cleaners out in the market today.
